If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to review our policy.
The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you received a damaged product, you can return the product to us and we will replace it, or credit your account.
Note: Scratches and discoloration on the outer case and products with manufacturing defects can not be the reason for exchanging or returning.
You are eligible for a REFUND or EXCHANGE which are subject to the below terms:
- Damaged products are eligible for return and would be processed if conditions are met.
- Damaged items can return for free. However, the customer should shoulder the shipping returns for damaged products due to the courier’s fault.
- To apply for a return, an unedited video of unboxing the package showing the damage, the wrong item/s received, and/or incomplete order must be submitted as proof. NO PROOF, NO RETURN/EXCHANGE/REFUND POLICY.
Damaged products can be exchanged for a new one, provided such variation is available. Customers can return and exchange for items within three days after receipt. Return and Exchanges exceeding three days will not be processed. You are required to ship back the product for the item to be inspected and replaced. Your exchanged product will be processed once items are received and conditions confirmed. You are given the right to return and exchange the item, One time. Provided that all conditions in Return and Exchange Policy are met.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within three days after received. If you have initiated the return after three days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. After receiving your product, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase or to your bank or Gcash account.
If your order is incomplete and we can’t ship the items due to their availability, a refund will be processed within three days after proof has been confirmed.
