Shipping & Returns

 

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship nationwide through J&T Express courier only. If J&T Express does not deliver to your area, we will have to cancel your order. Check through the J&T Express app or Shopee app if they reach your area.

 

Batch Schedule

There will be two (2) batch schedules per month for released items:

Batch 1: Day 1-14 of the month

Cut-off: Day 15

Batch 2: Day 16-30 of the month

Cut-off: Day 31 (last day in the month)

 

Orders placed on the Day 15 or Day 31 will be included on the next batch period.

Released Items ordered within a batch schedule have an Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) of 6-8 weeks after the batch cut-off.

 

Pre-order Period

Available Soon to be Released items are posted on our social media accounts (Facebook Page, Instagram, & Twitter). Pre-order items are also indicated on the product listing on our website.

1 to 3 weeks = waiting for the companies/suppliers to deliver the products at Kpophaulph Korea Warehouse

1 week = packing of items and awaiting for the courier to pickup the package

4 weeks = loading, in transit, customs, arrival at Kpophaulph Philippine Warehouse

 

The Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) of 6-8 weeks does not include holidays in South Korea. Please bear in mind that we are not in control of the package until it arrives at the Kpophaulph PH Warehouse.  Delays may be expected when a shipment problem occurs. You will get notified through email when holidays or delays affect your order/s.

 

Once it arrives at our PH Warehouse, the estimated packing time is 1-3 days.

Luzon - 1-3 days after ship-out

Visayas - 3-5 days after ship-out

Mindanao - 5-7 days after ship-out

 

DO NOT ORDER if you are not willing to wait. We can't do fast shipping as the items will ship via sea.

 

RETURNS POLICY

Damaged items through the courier's fault are not applicable for returns. Scratches and discoloration on the outer case can not be the reason for exchanging or returning. Only wrong and/or incomplete items due to our fault are applicable for returns. To apply for a return, an unedited video of unboxing the package showing the wrong item/s received and/or incomplete order must be submitted as proof. NO PROOF, NO RETURN POLICY. 

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or incomplete item).

For a refund, you can receive it within 4 to 11 business days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (1 to 2 business days).
